Project Description: Dallas Executive Airport, formerly known as Red Bird Airport, underwent major renovations and new construction in 2006 to include new offices, conference center, and air control facilities.

Description of Project Services Provided:
Original contract scope (December 2006) was to conduct Commissioning and Test and Balance for the new Control Tower Facility, which was completed in 2007.
- The control tower systems scope included DX split systems, domestic hot water, lighting controls and building automation controls.
- In the spring of 2009 Len Mills, City of Dallas Project Manager, contracted Facility Performance Associates as a consultant to manage the completion and ensure proper documentation of the HVAC TAB and Commissioning processes for the terminal. The terminal systems scope includes chiller system, cooling tower, variable air volume devices with hot water coils, lighting controls and building automation controls.
