Project Name: Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP) Project
Project Location: Dallas, Texas
Project Description: As part of the overall capital improvement project, the LFMP required the demolition of the existing terminals along with their combined 20 gates. Terminal includes a new 20-gate T-shaped central concourse, check-in space, baggage claim areas and main lobby.

Description of Project Services Provided:
Facility Performance Associates and AIR Engineering and Testing (both are Gerald Kettler Companies) were contracted and completed:
- Energy Efficiency and LEED® Consulting
- Commissioning of HVAC & R, lighting and building control systems, domestic water
- Test Adjust and Balance
- Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
- Consultation work with design engineers and architect to provide assistance with the energy simulation model process for LEED®
- Creation of the schedules of maintenance requirements & frequency
- Creation of the schedule for re-testing commissioned systems with blank test forms from the original commissioning plan.
- Creation of the schedule for calibrating sensors & actuators.
