- Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
- Green Housekeeping Plan
- Measurement and Verification Plan
- Thermal Comfort Survey
- Creation of the commissioning plan, re-commissioning plan, systems manuals and checklists.
- Test Adjust and Balance was contracted and executed by another Gerald Kettler company: AIR Engineering and Testing, INC.
