Description of Project Services Provided:

Facility Performance Associates and AIR Engineering and Testing (both are Gerald Kettler Companies) were contracted and completed:

  • Energy Efficiency and LEED Consulting
  • Commissioning of HVAC & R, lighting controls, building control systems, and fire protection
  • Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
  • Energy simulation model in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 Standard
  • Write an energy measurement and verification plan in compliance with the International Performance and Verification Protocol Volume II
  • Creation of the schedules of maintenance requirements & frequency
  • Creation of the schedule for re-testing commissioned systems with blank test forms from the original commissioning plan.
  • Creation of the schedule for calibrating sensors & actuators.
