Facility Performance Associates and AIR Engineering and Testing (both are Gerald Kettler Companies) were contracted and completed:
- Energy Efficiency and LEED Consulting
- Commissioning of HVAC & R, lighting controls, building control systems, and fire protection
- Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
- Energy simulation model in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 Standard
- Write an energy measurement and verification plan in compliance with the International Performance and Verification Protocol Volume II
- Creation of the re-commissioning plan, manual and checklists.
