Project Description: The addition to and renovation of the George Allen Sr. Courthouse building consolidates all 45 of the Dallas County civil courts, formerly located in three buildings, into one central location. The project consisted new rooftop air handlers, chillers, pumps and air distribution systems.

Description of Project Services Provided:
AIR Engineering and Testing was contracted and completed the TAB in accordance with the Associated Air Balance Council procedures:
- Fan Test and Balance
- Air Handling Unit Test and Balance,
- Fan Coil and Unit Ventilator Measurements
- VAV and Constant Volume Box Test and Balance
- Air Capture Hood Flow Rate Measurements.
