- Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
- Execution of Various LEED Miscellaneous Credits: IAQ Plan for construction, & Green Housekeeping Plan
- Creation of the commissioning plan, re-commissioning plan, systems manuals and checklists.
- Direct General Contractor on creation and execution of the Owner’s Training Plan
