Description of Project Services Provided:
Facility Performance Associates and AIR Engineering and Testing (both are Gerald Kettler companies) were contracted for the following scope:
- Energy Efficiency and LEED Consulting
- Commissioning of HVAC & R, lighting controls, building automation systems, domestic hot water and fire protection
- Commissioned mechanical systems includes DX systems, exhaust fans, air handler units, heat exchanger, unit heaters, cooling towers, boilers, heat pump, water source heat pump, variable air volume units, outside air handlers and energy recovery units.
- Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
- Blower Door Testing in accordance with ANSI/ ASTM-E779-03 Standard
- Energy Simulation Model
- Creation of the re-commissioning plan, manual and checklists.
- Collaborate with General Contractor on Training Plan and Execution
