- Commissioned mechanical systems includes fan powered boxes, split systems, exhaust fans, air handler units, heat exchanger, cooling tower, boiler, electric heating coil, HVAC pump, water source heat pump.
- Air Quality Testing Before Occupancy
- Blower Door Testing in accordance with ANSI/ ASTM-E779-03 Standard
- Energy simulation model in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 Standard
- Creation of the re-commissioning plan, manual and checklists.
